Solicitor’s Permit

Village ordinances require that solicitors coming to your door need to display a current Village of South Barrington Solicitor Permit. If the solicitor does not have a permit, please call the South Barrington Police Department at 9-1-1.

The Police Department has a limited supply of “No Solicitors Invited” stickers available to residents at no cost. Please stop by the Police Department during normal business hours if you would like one for your home.

Solicitors wanting to apply for a Solicitor Permit should complete and submit the application form provided below to the Village of South Barrington along with any required fee. Applicants are required to complete a background check.
