Village Information
The Village of South Barrington is approximately 7.6 square miles and extends from route 72 in the south to route 62 in the north and route 59 in the east. The Village is served by three different fire districts, Barrington Countryside, East Dundee, and Hoffman Estates. South Barrington has 43 private lakes and ponds and 35 subdivisions. In 2010, the Census showed approximately 4,565 residents. Currently, we have grown to approximately 5,000 residents.
