You can fill in the appropriate online form below and print it out for submittal. Submit the application form with original signatures, fees and required documents to the Village Hall. You will be notified by email when the review is complete and the permit and/or license is ready for pick up. Please allow three weeks for processing.

Building inspections are required 24 hours in advance. Call Village Hall before 3 p.m. to schedule an inspection for the next business day. Rental Licensing inspections are done as needed. Inspection requests cannot be left in voicemail.
