Animal Licenses
Per the Village’s Municipal Code 5-3-6, you are required to obtain a pet license for all dogs and cats three (3) months of age and older which is good for the lifetime of your pet.
The fee per license is $5.00 and is payable, in person, by cash or check.
Please click on the link below to fill out the application form and submit your application and fees to the Village Hall, 30 S. Barrington Road, South Barrington. The Village Clerk’s office will provide the owner a license tag for each pet. The license tag must be securely affixed to a collar and shall be worn by your pet at all time. Tags are not transferable and are non-refundable.
